Can I choose the model of the scooter?
You can choose the category of vehicle that guarantees certain characteristics, in each category there is a single model and if the category you request is not available, then you will be given a higher category at no additional charge. Nor can we guarantee a type of color will depend on the vehicles that we have available in our office at the time of delivery.
Does the rental price include insurance?
Yes, in all cases the motorcycle includes the compulsory insurance included in the price
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes. You can only make a reservation if you provide the details of your credit card. In this way we can guarantee and secure your reservation.
Can I pick up / return my vehicle at the Hotel, does it have a cost?
You can pick up and return the motorcycle without additional cost only in the hotels listed in our website.
How old should I be to rent a motorcycle?
Category A 49cc:
Minimum one year of Carnet., Minimum age 18 years with Supplement "Young Driver" between 18 and 21 years of € 8 / day. Only "Group A" can be rented. The whole risk can not be applied.
Category B and C, 125cc and 125cc ABS:
Minimum three years of Carnet., Minimum age 21 years,
Category D, 250 cc:
Minimum 25 years.
Who can drive the vehicle?
Only people who appear in the rental agreement as the main or additional driver
Can I take the vehicle out of the Island where I have rented it?
It is not allowed to move vehicles, even between the Islands, in addition to not being covered by insurance.
Can I reduce the deposit to € 0?
If possible. When making your reservation, you have the option to take out the ALL RISK insurance with which you eliminate the deposit. Only valid for people over 25 years old.
Can I see the prices before making the reservation?
Once you have entered the place and dates where you want to rent your vehicle in the Reservations Panel, you can confirm availability and price immediately without any commitment. And, if you agree with those prices you can continue with the reservation.
Fuel Policy
The motorcycle will be delivered with the full tank and must return it in the same way.
If at the time of the return was not full or partial the customer must pay € 15
No refunds of any kind will be made. Rates may change without notice, depending on increases / decreases in fuel prices.
What documents do I need at the moment of receiving the motorcycle?
Please have a passport or ID, your driver′s license and your credit card. If there are additional drivers, they must carry a passport or ID and their driver′s license.
How do I cancel a reservation? Is there a penalty to cancel?
Simply by calling +34 971 38 38 88 or sending an email to top1scooter@gmail.com.
Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 96 hours before the start of the lease, which will be understood at 08:00 on the first day. Otherwise, the following will apply:
Between 96 h and 72 h, 25% of the total agreed price will be paid.
Between 72 h and 48 h, 50% of the total agreed price will be paid.
Between 48 h and 24 h, 75% of the total agreed price will be paid.
Less than 24 hours will be paid 100% of the total price agreed.
Do you deliver the vehicles directly to the airport?
It′s not possible.
